Sonitrax Components
Sonitrax™ is the next-generation truck tracking system. Sonitrax™ is a web-based system that synchronizes with a robust network infrastructure. Below are descriptions of each Sonitrax™ component.
Sonitrax Scanner
The Sonitrax™ scanner is lightweight and rugged for the construction industry. It has a durable design and is water-resistant, passing high standards for drop testing. The scanner features a touch screen with an LED backlight, a 2D imager engine, and an RFID truck tag for data recording. It comes with a rechargeable battery and can be worn on a lanyard for easy transport on construction sites. The Sonitrax™ scanner is useful for construction workers, project managers, and site supervisors to track and manage materials and equipment.
Sonitrax Charging Station
The Charging Station allows the Sonitrax™ Scanner to recharge from low to full charge in just a few hours. The charging station is typically stored in the office/trailer, ensuring that the scanner has enough power for extended use and is always ready to go when needed.
Truck RFID Tags
The RFID tags are designed to be attached to the truck's door or side mirror. They are made of thin, durable vinyl material and have an interior spiraled antenna that can withstand temperatures ranging from -40° to +140°F. Roughly the same size as a Quarter, these tags are a vital component of the Sonitrax™ scanning system, allowing for efficient and accurate tracking of trucks and their payload.
Encrypted, Bar-Coded Tickets
The Sonitrax™ system uses encrypted tickets that come in pads of 500 customized to your company and eliminates the need for paper tickets. Upon arrival at the loading site, the scan operator scans the ticket and returns it to the driver, who presents it again at the dump site for scanning to complete the delivery record. This process ensures accurate data recording and eliminates the need for manual ticket tracking.
Bar Code Generator
Our User Interface includes a field barcode generator which allows for the creation of barcodes that the scanner operator can use to create additional data points for reporting. These barcodes can be customized to distinguish job sites, material types, or job numbers. The scan operator can use these barcodes in the field to gather data accurately and efficiently, allowing for more robust reporting and project management.
Visibility to All Your Material Sources
Our award-winning system has the ability to ingest outside sources of material data, such as weigh scale tickets from quarries or asphalt plants, making it simple to view all your material tracking in one pane of glass. QR Codes and barcodes are easily read by our field scanners, so you never miss a delivery.
